J & S Title Searching Services has been serving the Regional Municipality of Waterloo since 1992 when Jennifer Edwards and Sharron Mitchell formed a partnership.

Prior to that, both Jennifer and Sharron were Independent Freelance Title Searchers serving the Kitchener-Waterloo community and surrounding areas including Cambridge, Guelph, Arthur, Stratford, Woodstock and others.

Jennifer has now retired, leaving the business in the capable hands of Sharron Mitchell and her staff. Sharron herself, has been searching since 1989.
