• 40 year Title Searches
• Land Titles Absolute Searches
• Land Titles Conversion Qualified Searches
• Remote Electronic Title Searches (E-Reg)
• Sub Searches
• Environmental Searches

For full searches, we will provide a Summary Report showing:

• Ownership
• Encumbrances
• Legal Description with P.I.N.
• Adjoining lands/Planning Act searches (if applicable)
• Execution searches if requested
• Copies of documents and white prints

Sub-Searches include:

• The current owner and outstanding encumbrances with copies
• (no summary report)

Environmental Searches include summarized:

• Chain of title to your specified time frame
• List of easements
• List of leases
• List of environmental liens
• Face copies of all documents showing names.

Electronic Property Title Searches

This is variable depending on the ease or complexity of search, but would consist of the same style of searching as stated above, except for higher cost Teranet disbursements.
